I was hired on as a Crisis Services Manager in Jan 2021. My experience has been nothing short of amazing. The executive level team is extremely supportive to the managers and all the way down to the DSPs. They take care of their employees and value their work. The individuals are treated with respect and dignity and are given opportunity to make their own choices and their own mistakes. Person-centered doesn't describe enough how this company operates.

My son has then at Genesis homes for 4 years. Staff and management have made a huge difference in his life, and ours. My son loves hanging out with staff and family and his dog. We are so thankful that Genesis can find, and keep such great staff. Thanks to all.

We think that Genesis does an Outstanding job. We and our daughter are very very happy with the care they provide at the Group Home our daughter is at. Our daughter calls the Group Home her Home which tells you how much she likes living there. Our Family much appreciates the effort everyone puts into making it a warm and friendly environment.

Our son is in a 4 unit apartment that Genesis owns and staffs. Can't say enough about the staff at Genesis. They train their staff well. Staff is very caring. The RN at Genesis is a great advocate for the clients with their doctors.

Top notch from the Owners down. I’ve been a Float DSP and now serve as the Float House Supervisor. After 6 years, I still cannot see myself doing this work any place else. I’ll stay as long as they’ll have me!
