DSP I to DSP II
To be eligible for the DSP II role, a DSP I must be employed with Genesis for 6 months, demonstrate performance expectations consistent with the new role, and complete an online training sequence. This position entails assisting with managing individuals’ appointment schedules, assisting with site inventory, additional administrative duties, traditional DSP duties, and mentorship of fellow DSP employees. Employees in this role get additional training and development to support improved service delivery, quality of care, and leadership. No additional education is required.
Shift Availability: Full & Part-time – Day/Evening/Overnight
Additional compensation opportunity: $19.00-$20.05/hr. Annual performance increases.
DSP II to DSP III
To be eligible for the DSP III role, a DSP II must be in that role for 6 months, demonstrate performance expectations consistent with the new role, and complete an online training sequence. This position entails participating in the weekly on-call rotation, helping with medication and documentation audits, additional administrative duties, traditional DSP duties, and mentorship of fellow DSP employees. Employees in this role get additional training and development to support improved service delivery, quality of care, and leadership. No additional education is required.
Shift Availability: Full & Part-time – Day/Evening
Additional compensation opportunity: $20.05-$21.05/hr. Annual performance increases.
DSP III to HS
To be eligible for the House Supervisor role, a DSP III must be in that role for 6 months to 1 year and demonstrate performance expectations consistent with the new role. The candidate must be also able to pass a skills test related to the role. The House Supervisor supervises day-to-day operations at the site, supervises DSP staff, manages site safety, oversees site budget and financial resources, ensures person-centered services are delivered, and provides direct care.
Shift Availability: Full time – Day
Additional compensation opportunity: $21.05-$23.83/hr. Company Vehicle $5,000 (may choose salary in lieu of the vehicle). Annual performance increases.
