Full-Time Employee Financial Benefit Package
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Genesis Group Homes, Inc. offers PTO to full-time positions. DSPs working 40 hours a week will earn two weeks of PTO per year, with additional years of service this amount increases.
Alternative Work Schedule (for overnight positions)
We offer our Overnight Direct Support Professionals a schedule of working 7 nights on and 7 nights off. Working Wednesdays - Tuesdays for 26 weeks out of the year.
Holiday Pay
Employees that work company-designated holidays receive pay at time and a half. All Full-Time employees get a floating holiday.
Medical Leave Bank
An optional benefit available to full-time employees, this allows an employee to set-aside hours in an account that can be used for extended absences causing hardship due to medical reasons. We believe assistance should be available to our team members during difficult times.
PTO Share
Full-time employees experiencing hardship and do not have enough PTO to cover their lost time may be eligible to receive PTO donated by co-workers.
Leave to Volunteer
To support local volunteer programs in our area, we allow employees with 5 years or more of service to apply for a paid 5-day leave of absence to participate in charitable events and activities. We believe in corporate responsibility and an individual's passion to do wonderful things in their communities.
