Our job at Genesis is to meet people where they are, foster their interests & passions, recognize the value of their gifts, and to give them the support & confidence it takes to fulfill their goal. How? We’re safe and familiar when they feel lost. We’re calm when they’re fearful or frustrated. We’re consistent when they’ve lost trust. And instead of judgement, we give them hope. Every person here believes in every person here, and our mission is to make sure they know it.

Genesis was founded in 2002 with the goal of creating safe, supportive residential homes for people with disabilities. From the beginning, the organization has been dedicated to providing stability, compassion, and quality care. With nearly 25 years of experience in human services, Genesis continues to grow on its foundation of service, commitment, and respect for the people we support.

Our team, comprised of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs), Residential Supervisors, and administrative staff, is committed to helping people and families navigate the daily challenges of caring for a loved one. We focus on providing person-centered services in supportive and comfortable settings, ensuring that each person’s unique needs are met.
